I am a guest blogger for Petaloo today on their blog as part of their Color Me Crazy + Ranger Ink Challenge. The team at Petaloo sent me a fun assortment of their white Color Me Crazy flowers to work with. The only rule was that I had to use only Ranger Ink products to color them. Not a problem since I have a mad and serious love for all things Ranger Ink!
I used the Tim Holtz Distress line for my colorants. I can not say enough how much I love the way the Color Me Crazy flowers took the ink and the way I was able to blend the Distress Inks on them. To say I love my project is an understatement!
To see how I colored the flowers and how I created my project piece, I hope you will visit my tutorial on the Petaloo blog: http://petaloo.typepad.com/blog/2013/05/ranger-color-me-crazy-tammy-tutterow.html.
If the fabric looks familiar, it is the remnant from my Distress Stained Muslin tag tutorial. You can find that tutorial here: https://www.tammytutterow.com/2011/08/tuesday-tutorial-distress-stain-muslin/.
Gorgeous!!!!
What a stunning make – beautiful shabby fabric, and the flowers look amazing against it!
